The hydraulic Power Twister is an arm trainer for upper body training. The resistance adjusts in 20 levels from 10 to 200 kg, which is 22 to 440 lbs. It trains the arms, back and chest muscles. Micro-rebound technology prevents abrupt rebounds and reduces the risk of injury compared to springs. The frame is made of cast iron, combined with a high-quality hydraulic cylinder. The triangular structure increases safety and load capacity. The TPR rubber grip on the handle prevents slipping and increases comfort. A secure buckle allows simple and safe handling.
