How you can pay

Bank transfer (SEPA)Available

You can transfer the invoice amount conveniently by SEPA transfer to our account. Please state your order number as the payment reference — this way we can allocate your payment immediately. Processing usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Once the payment has arrived, your order is processed straight away.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)Coming soon

Payment by credit card is currently being set up for our shop. As soon as it is available, you will see the option automatically at the checkout.

PayPalAvailable

You pay with your PayPal account — quickly and without having to give us your bank details. Once approved at PayPal, the payment is confirmed immediately and your order goes straight into processing.

Availability note: At the checkout, only the payment methods that are actively enabled at the time of your order are displayed. We will keep you informed here as soon as further payment methods are added.

Security of your payment

All connections on our site are encrypted via SSL/TLS.
Payment data is processed exclusively via certified payment service providers.
We do not store complete card data on our servers.

When is my order processed?

With bank transfer, we start processing as soon as the amount has arrived in our account. If you are in a hurry, send us the order number together with your transfer receipt to contact@pichelemarkt.com — then we will see the payment in the system faster.

Questions about payment

If a payment does not go through, you suspect a duplicate charge or you need an invoice, please write to us at contact@pichelemarkt.com. We usually reply within one working day.
