14-day right of cancellation. You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons — regardless of whether the goods are in perfect condition or defective. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
1. Cancellation policy
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below for this purpose, but it is not prescribed.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract is received by us. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us immediately and in any event at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. As a gesture of goodwill, we bear these costs for an order value of 50 € or more — please announce the return in advance by e-mail so that we can tell you the return address and reimburse the postage costs.
You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

2. Returning the goods
- Announce the cancellation by e-mail to contact@pichelemarkt.com. You will receive the return address from us.
- Send the goods back to this address immediately, at the latest within 14 days of your declaration of cancellation.
- Where possible, enclose the order number so that we can quickly allocate your return.
- The goods should be in their original condition: unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. This is not a condition for exercising the right of cancellation, but serves only to avoid compensation for value.
3. Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund you the full purchase amount. The repayment is made via the same means of payment that you used for the order, immediately and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your cancellation.
4. Exchange
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or variant? Write to us at contact@pichelemarkt.com — we will process your exchange request as quickly as possible.
5. Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. personalised products),
- for the delivery of goods that are delivered sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal was removed after delivery,
- for the delivery of goods that after delivery have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
