What we stand for

We started PicheleMarkt because we find it unnecessary that a simple everyday product in Germany can quickly cost three or four times as much. Our idea is therefore simple: a large selection, fair prices and customer service that replies when you need it.

How we work

We work with selected suppliers and warehouse partners who ship directly to our customers. This saves intermediate warehouses and middlemen — and we pass that advantage on in the price. For you this means: no shipping costs, no matter how large the order is.

Because our goods come from different warehouses, the delivery time can vary from product to product. That is why you can see the estimated delivery time before purchase, directly at checkout. You can find all the details under Shipping & delivery times.

Our language is your language

PicheleMarkt is available in six languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic. Product descriptions, service information and order processing all run in the language you feel most comfortable in.

Satisfaction is no coincidence

14-day right of withdrawal. If a product does not fit or does not convince you, you can withdraw from the purchase and return it within 14 days. We refund the full purchase amount. The details are set out in our withdrawal policy.

And if something isn't running smoothly — a delivery is stuck, a question remains unanswered — write to us. You can reach us at any time by email at contact@pichelemarkt.com. As a rule, we reply within one working day.
