Manual Pipe Bender for Steel, 20–40 mm

Description

This manual pipe bender bends square tubes made of steel, aluminium and copper. It works without electricity and is operated with a long handle and a thickened threaded rod. An adjustable roller guides the tube through the bend. The base is well built and holds the unit steady during work. The minimum radius is 180 mm for 20 mm tubes, 170 mm for 25 mm tubes, 200 mm for 30 mm tubes and 220 mm for 40 mm tubes. The minimum diameter is 450 mm at 20 mm, 500 mm at 25 mm, 550 mm at 30 mm and 600 mm at 40 mm tube size. For mild steel, tubes of 20 x 20 x 1.2 mm, 25 x 25 x 1.2 mm, 30 x 30 x 1.5 mm and 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm are suitable. For aluminium, the sizes are 20 x 20 x 1.75 mm, 25 x 25 x 1.75 mm, 30 x 30 x 2 mm and 40 x 40 x 1.75 mm. For copper, the sizes are 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm, 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm, 30 x 30 x 1.75 mm and 40 x 40 x 1.75 mm. The scope of delivery includes the manual pipe bender set. The weight is 16,700 g.
