This foldable workout bench adjusts in six levels at the backrest and four levels at the seat. It suits different training styles and body sizes. After training, fold the bench and store it in a small space. The padded cushions and EVA-wrapped ankle pads provide comfort. The frame is made of lacquered steel and stands on a non-slip base. It carries up to 250 kg, including user and dumbbells. No assembly is required, so the bench is ready to use right away. The colour is black, the material steel and plastic. The overall dimensions are 82 x 35 x 42.5 to 107 cm. Folded, the bench measures 35 x 33 x 80 cm. The seat is 35 cm wide and 33 cm deep. The backrest measures 71 x 28 cm. The seat angle can be set to 0, 8, 16 or 24 degrees. The backrest angle can be set to 3.3, 16.3, 27, 36.7, 46.4 or 56 degrees. The scope of delivery includes one dumbbell bench and one manual.
