Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between PicheleMarkt and its customers for the sale of products via the website pichelemarkt.com. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these Terms.
2. Products
PicheleMarkt offers products from international suppliers. The essential characteristics of the products (descriptions, prices, availability) are presented on the respective product pages. Images are for illustration only. Minor variations in colour or appearance are possible.
3. Prices
All prices are in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed. Shipping is free on all orders. The price valid at the time of the order applies.
4. Order and Conclusion of Contract
The customer places their order via pichelemarkt.com. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment. PicheleMarkt confirms the order by email and reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of supply shortages or obviously incorrect prices.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Stripe) or PayPal. The transaction is secure; payment data is never stored by PicheleMarkt. The amount is charged upon completion of the order.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses. Estimated delivery times are indicated on each product page (usually 2 to 7 working days for stock within the EU, otherwise longer). PicheleMarkt is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. Detailed information can be found in our Return Policy. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under §§ 434 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply. In the event of defects, the customer is entitled to subsequent performance, price reduction, withdrawal or damages under statutory provisions. The warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods.
9. Liability
PicheleMarkt is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.
10. Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
11. Dispute Resolution
German law applies. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. PicheleMarkt is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
